SCOPE
Working with a small internal team that builds AI agents for use inside the company with high ownership, few formal processes, and a mandate to define how people and agents work together as headcount grows quickly.
DESCRIPTION
- Build and ship internal AI agents that push code to production, maintain company knowledge and own entire job functions end to end
- Own context architecture — define the sources of truth and keep documentation synchronised with what actually true
- Design and build the integrations and protocol layers that make internal tooling usable by agents across every team
- Stand up evaluation suites, monitor agent trajectories and iterate on performance
- Invent new infrastructure, interfaces and operating models for human-agent collaboration
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 – 15 years as a product manager or founder building B2B software products
- Product management experience at a fast-growing B2B SaaS or AI startup at growth stage — must show exposure to high-ownership, fast-moving environments
- Has worked alongside engineering on a deeply technical product (AI agents, data platform or similar)
- Codes proficiently, or is a heavy power user of AI coding tools — must be able to build with AI, with a strong grasp of automating the software development lifecycle
- Average tenure of 2+ years per company
- Degree from a highly ranked university in the US, Canada or Europe
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, the New York area — five days a week in office
